Yes. A key FOB is required to access the Emerald Lake community gym after 5 pm.

Yes. At Emerald Lake we take your security seriously. This means all amenities are secured and accessible by residents only.
What are the hours of the clubhouse?
The Emerald Lake clubhouse is accessible from M-F 9:00 am- 5:00pm.
What are the hours for the fitness center?
M-F 9-5 after hours until 8:00pm
Is the fitness center open 24 hours?
No. The Emerald Lake fitness center is not open 24 hours, however residents can access the fitness center between 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Between 5:00 pm and 8:00 pm residents can access the fitness center using their key FOB.
What time is the pool open, and is it seasonal?
The Emerald Lake pool opens memorial weekend. Residents can enjoy the pool between 12:00-6:00 pm on weekdays and 12:00-8:00 pm on weekends.
Is the community gated?
No. Emerald Lake is not a gated community.
Do you have a business center? When is the business center available for use?
Emerald lake does not currently have a business center available for use.
When is the resident clubhouse open?
The Emerald Lake resident clubhouse is open M-F 9:00 -5:00 pm.
Can I reserve the clubhouse for private use?
At this time the clubhouse cannot be rented for private use.

What other resident amenities does your community offer?
Emerald Lake offers a great selection of amenities. Including a pool, weight room and clubhouse.
